If you use Google Analytics or another website analytics tool, you can typically find your site's average monthly sessions there. That number helps you choose the right session tier.

API request limits depend on how frequently you want to sync data. Our connectors run on a schedule: for example, 500 requests per month allows for syncing one connector every 2 hours, or two connectors every 4 hours.

If you're unsure, start with the Starter plan — we'll alert you if you're approaching your limit so you can upgrade before hitting it.

Yes — you can upgrade at any time, and we’ll automatically prorate the cost. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

You'll receive alerts if your session volume or API usage exceeds your plan limits. We’ll notify you before any disruption and provide upgrade options.

If you choose not to upgrade, session tracking will pause once you hit your monthly session limit, and data syncing/API access will stop once you reach your monthly request cap.

We retain data for removed domains for up to 3 months after cancellation. After that, it’s permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time.

AttributionHub is a data processor and infrastructure provider. While we help facilitate compliance, it’s your responsibility to ensure the data you store on our platform complies with regional regulations. We’ll provide tooling and documentation to support that process.

All plans include core tracking and full access to your data. Higher tiers unlock increased usage limits and support levels.
